Mark has trained in martial arts since 1996. His background includes MMA, boxing, wrestling, Muay Thai, submission grappling, and Eskrima. He served in the U.S. Army and Navy and has worked as a bouncer, security guard, and corrections officer.
Four Pillars Combatives brings these experiences together in a self-defense curriculum focused on making sound decisions, developing practical skills, and getting home safely.

Yes. Access to our private Facebook training community is included with a paid Online Training membership once the group launches. Students request to join through their member dashboard, and group membership is approved after verification.

Yes. Four Pillars Combatives Online Training is designed for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Lessons start with fundamental concepts and progressively build toward more advanced skills. No prior martial arts, self-defense, or firearms experience is required.
